Three steps from introduction to payout.

Submit a referral

Send us the homeowner's name, contact details, and property address. The property must be located in one of Portoro's active service areas.

Earn $250 when we connect

Once Portoro completes an introductory meeting with the homeowner you referred, you receive a $250 bonus.

3

Earn $500 per bedroom at launch

If the homeowner signs with Portoro and their property goes live, you earn $500 per bedroom, up to $2,500, paid the month after the property launches.

Portoro operates across coastal and mountain destinations in seven states. If the property sits in one of these areas, it qualifies.

What counts as a qualified referral?

A qualified referral is a homeowner with a vacation rental property in one of Portoro's service areas who is willing to connect with the team and review a management proposal. The referral must be a new contact, not an existing Portoro client or active lead.

Is there a limit on how many homeowners I can refer?

No. You can refer as many qualified homeowners as you like, and each one is eligible for the full reward structure. Credits accumulate with each successful referral.

Are there any eligibility restrictions?

Yes. This program is not available in states where a real estate license is required to provide property management. A full list of excluded states is available in the program terms below. If you have questions about eligibility, contact brett@portoro.com.

Can Portoro guests refer homeowners?

Yes. Satisfied guests are welcome to participate in the Portoro referral program. The same state-based eligibility restrictions apply, so guests should review the excluded states list before submitting a referral.
